"I serve the community as a therapist, as well as a yoga and meditation teacher. Rooted in my master’s training at Naropa University in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, my work weaves together presence, compassion, and curiosity. I practice as an integrative therapist, drawing from somatic and client-centered approaches—including positive psychology, parts work, gestalt, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
My perspective is grounded in the belief that each person is already whole and complete. I trust your innate wisdom as we navigate healing and transformation together.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I specialize in psychedelic-assisted therapy and support individuals engaging with altered states of consciousness as part of their growth and healing process. I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, as well as psychedelic preparation and integration, helping clients make meaning of their experiences and bring insights into daily life.
With over a decade of combined academic and professional experience, I strive to create a space of openness, embodiment, and connection—where you can deepen into Self and cultivate whole-person wellness.”

“I walked in stressed and in pain—left feeling completely renewed. Truly transformative care.”
